about us
We both work for the NHS as well as organising holidays for large groups of friends. We like to visit other AirBnB, Youth Hostels and similar places so hopefully you’ll find us sociable and in a similar mindset. Cycling, running, ping pong & 6music keep us entertained.
Having lived in Lancaster for a decade we have a good knowledge of the city and the adjoining villages & countryside. Feel free to ask us if you need any specific info to make the best of your stay.

We have just had a fabulous weekend stay here! The place was absolutely spotless and was even more beautiful than the photos do justice. Nige greeted us on arrival and showed us round with lots of recommendations. Was lovely to have orange juice, cookies, milk, cereal and tea and coffee left ready for us.
The hot tub was ready for when we arrived and was just a perfect finish to our days.
Every little fine detail has been considered down to blankets, games to play, spare charger, towels for the hot tub and more.
In a lovely location with loads around and not far from Lancaster centre. We would highly recommend staying here! Thanks again!

Retreat on the lune was a beautiful couple night stay, the relaxation that was needed. Extremely clean and looks exactly like the photos, the hot tub was pristine as well. Highly recommend will be returning.
We really enjoyed staying here, perfect location between Blackpool and Windermere so we travelled to both! really lovely clean accommodation. can see the thought that Jackie and Nige put into it each. Would definitely stay again.
